Bikram Yoga During Pregnancy Can Be Too Strenuous For Pregnant Mothers

However, some places that teach Bikram yoga require that pregnant mothers who wish to do this form of yoga should already have at least six months of experience in performing Bikram yoga at accredited Bikram yoga schools, and then they would need to meet up with the instructor who will then ascertain their case and then either allow you to perform Bikram yoga during pregnancy, or deny your request.
